How long does a Facebook sales channel review typically take?

Hi, on the Facebook sales channel within Shopify, it is showing that my shop is pending review. How long does it typically take for Facebook to review? It's been over a week.

I can definitely understand how eager you are to have your shop approved for selling on Facebook. While the time for your store to pass the pending stage may vary, I'd be happy to look into this. Firstly, please ensure that your shop is meeting all of the requirements to be eligible to list products using the Facebook Shop feature in the Facebook channel. Once that is confirmed, are you able to provide a screenshot of the page where your shop status is pending? This will allow me to take a closer look into the next possible troubleshooting steps.

Hi Mac - thanks for getting back to me. Yes, I can confirm that my shop is meeting all the requirements listed above. I attached a screenshot of where it shows pending.

Thank you very much for your response and for sharing a screenshot of the issue. 

 

In order to provide some additional context, the review process is done through Facebook's end and we wouldn't be able to expedite the review. My suggestion would be to reach out directly to Facebook support for advice on what your next steps could be. 

 

As per the photo, I can see that the Shop on Facebook section is still pending and you are being referred to the banner above to view the status of this report. Are you able to follow the additional steps in the banner to see if you still need to enable a feature to complete the review?
