How to add 'free shipping' banner on the website?

I'd like to add 'free shipping in US' banner on the website.

I have shopify provied theme and doesn't seem to have this option.

Can you help?

There could be few options to implement it: 


1. Firstly, there are some themes that support active banners. Here is a list of themes that will help you in promoting your shipping options - or in future can be used for discounts, new items etc.

2. Another way to add a visible banner to the top of the page with text is to use apps iike Welcome Bar by Apptuse or https://www.hellobar.com/

3. You can also upload an image with the message and upload it to your slider in your theme.

If you just want to show a banner on the website, there is an app which has a free plan
