How to attract and retain new customers for my new store?

Hey everyone, I've just recently opened a new store and I was wondering (for those of you who are experienced), what are some of the best ways to get new customers? More importantly, what are some of the key factors to retaining them? How do you deploy these tactics and ensure your customer is engaged with your store?

12. Site navigation menu should be easy to use
Your site's main header navigation menu should contains links to collections, pages like Contact Us, About Us, FAQ etc. The footer navigation menu should contain links to Privacy policy, Terms of service, Return & Exchange policy, Shipping policy.
13. Make your Home page more attractive

Hello, here are a few suggestions on how to direct customers to your store and more importantly, keep them coming back for more.

1) You should carry out focused and target oriented social media marketing. This means your ads should be directed mainly towards the group of people you think would require your services or products more. This would also determine what platform you make use of. If your target audience is a younger crowd then the social media platform should be Tik Tok, if the target audience is an older crowd then the main social media platform should be Facebook etc.

2) Now after getting customers to your store, the next thing you want to do is entice them into making purchases in the present and future. A major way of doing is to leave customer reviews on the homepage. This would help build the level of trust that customers have in your store.
