How to be recommended as a Marketing App in Shopify?

Hi guys, we are developing an Email marketing app and I am wondering how to get involved into this part in customers' Shopify platform?

We'd build and upload our App in Shopify Apps Store and how to get the ranking here？Do I need to contact Shopify team to pay for it?
