How to customize my abandoned checkout email ?

Hello, 

I would like to customize my abandoned checkout email but I find only one page with  HTML code. It's possible to personalize it with an other page/app ? Because with this HTML code, I don't know how I can upload picture and change URL of my call-to-action button.
