How to have customers send video reviews

Email can only receive up to 25mb. If I want a simple tool to have customers send me video testimonials, without the hussle of uploading themselves and sending me link, any recommendations?

I'm not sure Google Drive is a good solution since they'll be able to see videos of other customers there.
