How to link coupon code value to numbers of usage

Hi guys, 

I’d like to link a coupon code value to its number of usages. 
meaning code XYZ30 brings 30$ discount for the first 30users which then automatically triggers the coupon value to decrease to 10$. 
is this possible to set up? Haven’t found any solution on this one. 
would be great to get some advice
