I have sent out an email about a new product yesterday from Shopify marketing.
I now want to send out a new email, to the email subscribers that did not open the first email. How can I do this?
Should I make a new customer section? If so. what would it look like?
I tried some different approaches but cannot get it right. I tried something like this, but it does not work.
shopify_email.opened( ) = false AND email_subscription_status = 'SUBSCRIBED'
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

May I ask if you have already sent out other email campaigns and have you added activity ID as well?
Choosing the activity_id will point out the specific email you want to filter out.

Thank you - that solved my problem.
Thank you! That's what I needed. Don't know why that isn't just linked to from the Email itself, to choose to re-send to non-opened or non-delivered emails, instead requiring us to make the segment on our own... was afraid I was going to have to manually copy out every email from the Report.
