How to set a compare at price for a product?

Hi, I have just started my online business on Shopify for a few months. My store has sales and I need to let customers know by setting the price compare but I do not know how to. I found this guide about setting comepare at price for a products  https://avada.io/shopify/docs/how-set-compare-price-product-shopify.html and followed steps on it. But  when I come to the final steps, it's not saved but still loading. Could anybody help me?

Hi, I am here from Avada. First, thanks for reading our guide. I have checked back that guide and followed steps on the guide and I can commit that it's still effective. So I think that your problem must be from your Internet connection or something else. Could you check it again and notify me about the result?
