Setting up my google store and cannot select anything in the Manage target country and language section - one I click nothing is selected.
The default country should be Australia, if that is where you are located in. I would not recommend trying to target other countries, from the get go. By targeting your native country first, you reduce the chances of getting suspended.
After you select your language, you can not save? Or you are saying the language option is not showing options as well?
In that case report the issue with Shopify support directly.
Hi Emmanuel, I have a similar problem but in my case, it doesn't show any country in the dropdown, not my default country or even language, so I cant select anything in order for me to proceed to the next step.
One reason could be that the default country you selected for Shopify is not supported by the Google Channel.

Hi Emmanuel, My default country is Nigeria. According to the official list of supported countries on google website, my country is supported. https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/160637?hl=en
I'm not sure if the Shopify Google Channel app allows for beta countries. I know you can set it up manually and using a data feed app such as: https://apps.shopify.com/multiple-google-shopping-feeds
So in this case, you may need to contact Shopify support.
