How to setup facebook with 2 collections

Hi,

I have two collections in my Shopify store. I want to advertise them in 2 separate ads on facebook as they appeal to 2 different audiences. Questions:

1. How can I set up facebook to "read" the products from my store and keep them in the separate collections?

2. How can I set up retargeting for these two ads?

This doesn't seem like it should be so difficult.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
