How to solve "confirm that you have contact information on your website"

hope everythin's fine for you !

I want to try google shopping

I installed the google shopping app

and even if i got everyhting requested on my contact page (email, adress, phone, opening hours...) I am blocked at this stupid step by google app

how to solve that ? any idea? What is google checking ?

found the solution. Laptop issue

on laptop/chrome nothing happened, thus my issue

when trying on shopify app on my phone, i saw a pop up  with simple questions/tickbox

I answered and solved the problem...

thank you....  I have same problem but I am on windows and using firefox.   I needed to install shopify app on my phone anyway,
