I do not have any experience in starting a Shopify store in Serbia but from a quick search, it seems that https://www.facebook.com/groups/ShopifySrbija/?locale=sr_RS has some answers firsthand. But you should search more and ask some direct questions about your case.

So to quote part of one answer 

"Card payment: any of your banks + chipcard or corvus pay or holest app (explore them all)
*corvus still works with Shopify, you just have to contact them directly by email.
In my opinion, Holest is the cheapest and best solution for now
Shopify shops that you can ask to give you a recommendation for card payment, and how they solved it (and you can test their checkout yourself and see what they use, view page source or inspect element):
