Hi,

I recently rebranded my website and enabled the new domain, however abandoned cart email still picks up the old business name. How do I change that please?

Thanks

Steve

Hi @SteveM64

Your email notifications automatically pull the store name from whatever you have listed in Settings > Store Details > Store Name:

So while it's great that you have rebranded and changed the domain, please ensure that you have also updated this information so your notifications are accurate.

Bear in mind too that you can customize your notification templates if you would like to suit your rebranding.

I had a look at your store while I was at it and I admire your mission to help make it easier for people to eat healthily. As I understand it, you are selling one product - a portable blender. Keeping your product offering niche like that has its benefits (check this out) but also has its challenges - including needing to really stay on top of your content strategy.

After all, if you're only selling one product you really need to market it well and establish yourself as an authority on it, as you've banked your business success on this single offering. So I'm curious to know what your marketing plan is!

I look forward to hearing from you.

I have already changed details in the contacts section but it still pulls in old data. There is no option to edit the name within email editor

Hey SteveM64, I have your same problem. the store name in the settings is correct, but the one in Shopify email automation is wrong. Do you find a solution?

Hi @veronicaw

As I explained, your email notifications automatically pull the store name from whatever you have listed in Settings > Store Details > Store Name. Are you saying that this is not translating to your Shopify Email campaigns?

I'd love a little more context on this, perhaps a screenshot of what information is appearing on your email and a screenshot of the information you've input into your Store Name field in the Store Details.

If you've made any edits to your email notifications, could you also let me know about those too please so that I get as much context as possible in order to better help you?
