Hi , I’m a SEO manager of ART MOOD account, I encountered issues from google search console, regarding non indexed pages , ( Duplicate, google chose different canonical than users) , saying that 1900 webpages are affected , when checked, i realized google ignored the (hreflangs urls) and chosed without hreflangs.

how can i fix this please ?!

Hello @Habibakyk

I believe this issue is similarly raised here in the Search Console Community.

Long story short, for Google, you can use the 'Crawl Stats' report, see if Google is seeing 403's (or whatever the firewall produces when it blocks).

If you're not seeing any 307 response, give it a few more days (to a week) to wait for its update.

To make sure it isn't blocked you can inspect the URL of your XML Sitemap via search console or use https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly

You can also try pinging Google with your xml sitemap via:

You can search for your sitemap to ensure it is indexed:

Google usually only ignores hreflang if they don't reciprocate.  Make sure English version includes English, French and Spanish and then make sure Spanish includes Spanish, English and French and then make sure French includes French, English and Spanish.

You might try removing the xdefault to see if doing so has any impact.

I hope this helps! Let me know how it works out for you.
