Good morning everyone
I am attempting to sync my Shopify products with Google Merchant Center, and I believe I have followed all of the steps:
1) Added Google sales channel
2) Connected my Google Merchant Center account
3) I see the notice that "Your shop meets Google Merchant Center's basic requirements"
4) In the Bulk Editor I checked "Available on Google"
5) I added the numerical Google Product Category to all of my available items
I can't find anything wrong with my set up, yet my Product Status shows 0 Approved, 0 Pending, 0 Not Approved (?)
What am I missing??

Go to Google Merchant Center > Products > Diagnostics, it should should show the errors and warnings.
It looks like the app you are using has failed connecting. I recommend you contact the app support team. Or use a different data feed management tool.
There are plenty of data feed management tools. All with there unique positives.
For example my application is focused on ease of use and the ability to edit every little detail to improve your ranking. Among many other tools.
I am having the same issues. It doesn't connect to Google Merchant even though I follow all the steps to setup the feed.
Have you tried to contact the App support team? They will be able to sort it out.

I am also having the same problem with identical outcome. I have previously contacted the App support team who didn't seem to understand the problem. Attempting to use other Google Feed software caused my Google Merchant Account to be suspended. Any help on this matter would be grateful appreciated.

This post is a bit old. Have you found a solution? Did you make the products available to Google on the product page? I hope you got it worked out.

One of the support team members for the Google Shopping channel saw my feedback on the Shopify App website and got in touch with me.
It turns out there is an issue at their end where the app is not communicating properly with Google Merchant Centre.
The workaround given has resolved the issue and my products have now uploaded to the Google Merchant Centre and the create campaign button has been reactivated for Smart Shopping Campaign.

You are being very vague. How do we get details on making this work?
@slh I recommend you create a new thread, as I do not know what your referring to. This is an old thread regarding syncing and details may have already changed.
If this is your question, as this is app related, please contact the app support team you are using. There is nothing vague about it, the solution is depended on what you use.
Also note I mentioned I did not offer support for drop shippers, this is old info and no longer the case. I do assist drop shippers with guidance.
