I can't set up SMS Bump for my store

Hello,
I can`t set up SMS Bump App for my store. I want it to collect subscribers from Checkout page for abandoned checkout flows. SMS Bump support told me it is problem in shopify. Shopify does not allowing to do it. But I personally saw it on other shopify stores. How can I manage this problem?
