I have 25 add to cart events but no sales

Hello every one!

before writing this post, I applied some tips that are described in other topics.

I need your help. I have a website https://king7eyewear.shop

This month we started facebook add to cart camp and i think we have problems with our web site because we have 25 add to car but no sales.

Can someone help me please.

I’d like to suggest you to investigate the checkout process, from when you press add to cart until you checkout successfully to understand what your customers might have experienced.


From my point of view, there're quite some distractions in the process that you can remove some of them to avoid confusing your customers:

- On the cart pop-up, there's a part when you asked your customers to agree with Terms and Conditions, it can trigger hesitation and concerns, so if I clicked and see long T&C, I would leave as "I don't have time for this" - your customers might think like that.


You can consider if that checkbox is necessary or not and remove it to test.


- The cart page does have the similar issue 


Also, checkout button is greyed out, which is unclickable until I agree with T&C, PayPal button is more prominent but what if the customers don't have a PayPal account? And you also suggest that your customers can continue to shop and Leave the cart. All are possible reasons why they abandon the cart.


I suggest you to remove Continue shopping link, remove checkbox of T&C or try to give your customers a summary of T&C in very simple words so they can understand and feel that there're no problems can happen to them if they buy.
