I have sent out my first email to all my subscribers and no one has received it!

We sent our email to our all our subscribers. 

Lots of people have reported not receiving it.

I am subscribed and also have not received it.

Why might this be?

Hi. We find a lot go into the junk box. Ask your customers to check their filters or to check their junk folder.

Ahh I just used Shopify e mail templates. Not used any other as yet. I find them fine. You can adapt to suit your own branding etc.
