I'm having issues connecting my Facebook to my Shopify

I attempted to connect my business manager account to Shopify, followed all of the prompts on the screen, and a button prompted me to submit the shop for review, which resulted in the screen above. Has this happened to anyone else before?

Sorry to hear about your issue. To fix it, please try disconnecting your FB account and reconnecting it with your Shopify store. Once it's done, your store might be reviewed for 48-72 hours then.

 

If the "Your shop is in review" banner lasts longer than 72 hours, let's delete the Facebook Sales Channel in the Shopify admin and reinstall it.

 

If the above suggestions do not work, you should contact Shopify Support for more information.

Did you check with the Facebook Support team?

 

It can take Facebook up to 48 hours to review and approve your store. If for you it is taking more than that you can try troubleshooting by following a few steps:

 

1. Login to your Shopify admin, and select the Facebook Sales Channel.
2. Click on Settings in the Facebook Sales Channel
3. Scroll down to Facebook Page select Disconnect and then Reconnect your page.
After this step, your Shop will show the review status and you may need to wait 48 hours for the review to be completed on Facebook's end.

 

If still it won't resolve your issue, you have to contact Facebook support or Shopify support for help.

I'm having issues as well. When I click on connect Facebook account it just goes to my Facebook page. Doesn't allow me to return to go to business assets. Any ideas?
