Hello
This is my website

Online I used to have few sales but then few months it stopped.
Which are best way to bring back customers/sales?
Looking for someone who could have some time to get it running and maintain.
Thank you
Do email campaigns and run retargeting ads through Facebook Ads for Facebook and Instagram. They are the most industry-wide proven ways to get back visitors and win back customers.
Thank you but I stay out of FaceBook.
Instagram I ll try maybe in the future.
I tried add feeds to Google Shopping and never succeeded.
he was making sales before without ads etc.. the question was “why did it stopped in the first place”?
and here you are telling him to pay for marketing and Ads BS!
Hi Alberto! Maggie, Shopify Expert here 🙂
How have you been driving traffic so far? Was it through Facebook ads? Yes, the paid traffic stops once you pause the campaign - that's why it's different from organic traffic from Google. I do recommend working on your SEO - get ranked in Google for your target keywords - phrases people use when searching for the relevant maps in Google. That's the best way to get found in Google and drive permanent traffic [you don't need to pay for each click from Google results].
I'd be happy to help you improve your organic traffic from Google and increase online sales.
My specialty is on-page SEO and I’ve been working in this field since 2007, helping a number of Shopify stores generate a 252% increase in sales over a 2-month period and 30% - 40% increase in organic traffic month on month with an on-page SEO.
The price for the complete SEO monthly package is $300 - $500 per month. See the package below:

Hello
How can I contact you ?
Thank you
Hello,
I did a flare check on your website, you have 50 results indexed by Google. But your website has far more pages. So i would suggest getting your pages found by Google, Bing and other major search engines will be beneficial to you in terms of generating sales from organic searches.
You can submit your sitemap regularly to these major engines, or consider using a convenient tool like flare that offers many other major benefits.
I also notice that your products URLs contain stop words like "and".
When creating URLs optimize the product id by avoiding stop word like "and", "the" and such. You also want to avoid duplicate words.
Hope this was helpful.
Asha
Assuming you have a Facebook Pixel attached, I would re target lookalike audiences, run re-targeting campaign as well as email campaigns
Hi there,
I think you have everything going for you, with some changes some subtle, some a bit more aggressive you could go back to where you used to be as far as online sales.
Before I delve deeper and consider suggestions, my first question is, are you getting traffic and if so how many visitors, and what are the traffic sources?
Here's a few topics that I'd suggest:
None of this will work though if you don't have traffic, share some traffic stats and I will be able to elaborate more.
Regards,
Joe
I see about 700 sessions in 3 months, direct and google.
My question is how can I get someone to deal with organize pages, content.
What mean with translation?
Do you mean I have too many layers/pages before reach the products page?
My email is info@terramaps.org
Thank you

Here's a few topics that I'd suggest:
- Improve the translation on the product descriptions and some other places
- Be specific on your home page banner, if I land on it I want to know what I can buy from you. State the benefits too. Try something along the lines of: Unique City Maps with information you'll never find on your phone or mobile apps. I'm not a copywriter but you have to realize that you are competing with cell phones.
- In order to give you a couple of suggestions I had to dig down at least three levels to learn more about your product and its benefits, in other words I had to do some homework. The eCommerce landscape is filled with competition fighting for people's attention, make it easy for the visitor to buy from you or they will go somewhere else.
None of this will work though if you don't have traffic, share some traffic stats and I will be able to elaborate more.

Hi there Alberto,
Assuming that 700 sessions are unique you are looking at approx. 230 visitors average per month which is not a significant traffic, if your store converts at 0.75% you are looking at 1.5 deals closed every month, in three months you could have closed 4.5 sales max.
Overall, eStores always benefit from a minimalistic navigation where the visitor can find the product he/she is lookin for in a few clicks. I will email you and make myself available to inquire about your need for organization and content.
Joe
I think I replied to this but dont see on the thread.
I had about 700 sessions in last quarter 2019.
2 Sales
I would like get someone to manage it, starting from organizing website, then check content.
Once is done I can continue.
Thank you
you’re out of luck..Shopify partners with Google and Facebook and other huge conglomerate greedy marketing corporations. If you don’t pay for ads you won’t get sales. That’s the sad reality with these hosting shopping carts.
In fact, you are not the first and not the last who faced such a problem. Many people face various problems during the development of their business, this is not surprising. Maybe the solution to your problem is rebranding, but I can't be 100% sure of that. I think in solving this problem, you can help digital marketing agencies, which have faced such a lack of customers many times. When I had a similar "crisis" of clients, it was most convenient for me to turn to https://suitemedia.id/ for help. This was a turning point, after which my business began to gain popularity again. I hope my experience will help you, good luck!
Hi @Alberto_Michiel,
Have you try to do marketing for your store? Here are some recommendations for you and can consult it.
1. Using social media
The top social media networks include:
Snapchat
TikTok
Youtube
A successful social media marketing strategy must begin with a clear goal. There are several questions to ask in order to define your social media’s targets:
1. What do you aim to achieve when choosing social platforms as marketing channels?
2. Who is your target audience?
3. How does your target audience use social media?
4. Your target audience and your marketing aim play important roles in choosing the proper social channels.
For example, Facebook is the most popular one and can suit just about any business with a massive audience reach. Facebook’s users are mostly between the ages of 18-34, with 56% male and 44% female. About 96% of its users visit the platform using their mobile devices.
This is the perfect platform to promote content from external sources, or to share guides with your readers. And Facebook’s algorithm loves video too, don’t forget it!
LinkedIn, on the other hand, seems to match B2B businesses whose goal is to reach audiences with a professional image. It is ideal for sharing any changes you are making in your business to adapt to a current trend, or to provide unique industry insights.
Furthermore, the brand's industry will definitely inform and drive your social media strategy. For example, most eCommerce businesses have a strong visual presence, which makes Instagram a powerful channel to share their images with potential customers.
2. Using affiliate marketing
- Affiliate are those that share their posts on social media to attract their followers’ attention in the form of engagement (like, share, comment). Influencers are those who get a high reputation on a specific market, and people tend to trust their friends, relatives and people they admire more than the selling company. Having an influencer to be your brand ambassador, you would get a higher chance to approach potential customers.
- You can find an affiliate marketing app on Shopify Store, for example UpPromote: Affiliate Marketing, you can easily use this app to build, track and manage your affiliate performance
Why you should use affiliate marketing
- Make extra income
The main advantage of affiliate marketing is that the income is entirely performance-based. This is because affiliates are only paid a commission when a purchase has taken place. That means if the affiliates have an ineffective campaign, it won’t affect your budget.
The affiliates understand that driving huge traffic of potential customers will help to increase sales conversion. For this reason, the affiliates will spend much effort to build effective social platforms, promotion or boosting posts of your products in a better way to attract customers. The more efficiently they work, the more commission they generate, and the more sales you earn.
- Low investment but high cost effective
In fact, affiliate marketing does not need a huge amount to build a customer service team, or running advertising. This campaign helps to mitigate any risks that drive traffic or run social ads with little or no result for your Shopify business, while also ensuring that merchants achieve what they pay for.
In fact, whereas a poor marketing campaign that sends you low quality results will still need to be paid for, even if you make no sales. However, affiliate marketing ensures your marketing is cost effective and helps to reduce the risk of “leaking out” money for an uncertain market.
- Promote business brand name
A research reported that 92% of customers trust the recommendations of people, companies or influencers they know. For this reason, working directly with affiliate marketers who then promote your products to their established audience, brings more opportunities and more direct sales. The plus of affiliate marketing is to expand out into new markets that you haven't explored, giving your brand a much stronger online presence.
Free stuff appeals to everyone! Contest or giveaway could be a wonderful way to urge your followers to engage with your social accounts, thus, increase the brand presence to more audiences.
The basic giveaway would start by offering something that is extremely attractive for your fan base, make sure it shows real value. Next, a few steps are required to get the gift such as like/follow the fan page, tag friend(s), comment,..., all of which will definitely boost the engagement.
Running a contest on social channels is super easy, it could be whether a photo contest, an essay contest or Sweepstakes,... the ideas for a competition is endless.
A cool contest idea for Shopify brands can be seen from Mad Millie as below:
