Impact on SEO of Duplicate Titles and H1

Hi, it's my first time working on SEO topics and I'd like your supprt. 

 I am currently working on my website SEO and did an on-page SEO audit where I discovered many of my pages have duplicate Titles, H1, and meta descriptions. This is the same product but is included in different collections. I would like to know if this is something I should change or if it's something that normally happens and what's the effect on SEO ranking.

Example: 
mystore.com/products/product name
mystore.com/collections/new-arrivals/product name
mystore.com/collections/skincare/product name

Work on the duplicate Title and H1 ASAP.
Modify it and you will see the impact of it.

How can I change these? I changed the title and description when opening each of the products but I don’t know how to do it for the others.
