There are multitude to things you need to do to get that first sale. The biggest portion of your work is done as you may already have your website running properly.
Now, you need to focus on marketing.
How are your ads doing? Do you even spend money on ads? Are you currently doing ads on Facebook, Google, Instagram or Tiktok?
Have you already indexed your pages? This is done via Google Search Console. This way google knows you page exists and is a free tool that helps our to understand your website and improve your website performance.
How good are your products visuals and images? If you were trying to buy some metal designs as you are, would you come to your website and buy from them? Are the products visually appealing for your so you can take your wallet and buy them?
There are multitude of things you need to do to get the sales. It's a grinding game until your sales starts to hit.
Let me know if you need any more help. My Dm's are open.
Is your merchant account suspended? This usually happens when Google finds a gap between Shopify and merchant account information.
You must enter the same/correct business information, shipping and return information, and the merchant account must be verified and approved by Google.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Hello @PierreGMC I just had a look at your store and here are a few suggestions I have for you.
First, you need to add sections or categories for best sellers and latest arrivals on the homepage. This will help make it easier for customers to navigate your store and find products they really want.
You should add links to the social media pages of your store at the bottom to make your store appear even more reliable and to allow customers stay more connected.
Add a few questions and answers on the homepage as FAQs to demonstrate to customers what differentiates your store and its products from others in the market.
