SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
I recently launched my new website and the. Inversion is really low… 0.02%. I’m driving good traffic from my meta (Facebook and instagram) ads but it’s not translating to sales at all. In fact, items are not even making it into carts. On contrast, my Etsy store averaged a pretty high conversion rate consistently.
Before I invest in more expensive CRO audits, what can I do to improve my conversion potential?
Here is my website: www.dollovable.com

Hi @Dollovable,
I'm Tracy from BON Loyalty, the top-rated Shopify loyalty app.
First off, I just visited your store, and you're doing quite a good job! The product images are high-quality, which is crucial for making a strong impression. It's also great to see that your Etsy store is still generating orders, so it's clear the problem doesn’t lie in the products themselves.
However, I believe the low conversion rate on your Shopify store might be due to targeting the wrong audience with your ads. Here are some suggestions to improve your ad targeting and overall store performance:

Hi @Dollovable,
I’m from Mageplaza, a Shopify solution expert.
I would be glad to review your website and provide feedback on improving its performance. Below are some suggestions to enhance website performance:
1. Enhance SEO
Optimizing your web pages can significantly increase organic traffic, bringing more potential customers to your store. SEO is a powerful strategy for driving traffic to your Shopify website.
For a small e-commerce store, aiming for at least 1,000 visitors per month can help establish a stable sales flow.
Key elements to review include:
2. Adding promotional banner
You should add seasonal banners for current promotions or collections (e.g., Summer Sale, Winter Collection) to catch the attention of customers. Additionally, you should add ATC, Shop now or add to the wish list buttons to encourage customers to buy your products.
3. Improve search bar
You should improve it by making larger product images, showing price and discount information, including brand search, collection search, etc functionality to enhance search bar. This will help customers find their needs quickly, enhancing their shopping experience. Below is a reference:
4. You may also like
You should add the “add to cart, add to wishlist or quick view” button on this section to attract customers to buy your products. Here is a reference:
I hope my suggestions are helpful, feel free to give me any feedback.

I would recommend stop guessing and just run a quick CRO Audit, choose the agency focused on Shopify CRO Audit from trustworthy reviews websites, such as clutch - https://clutch.co/profile/cromedia#highlights and run the audit, most of the time they can easily identify the blocking aspects and fix the covnersion rate drop.
