Where's the Google Shopping app gone? It's still there, and on the app store but now when installed it will show as a channel in the admins left sidebar along with the online-store and other channels so you can get to it faster.
It can be added by clicking 'Add sales channel' in the channels admin: https://shopify.com/admin/settings/channels
Or can click the ➕ icon of the sales channel header in the right sidebar to get a list of available sales channles:
