We are a new POD business. We are currently using social media to drive traffic to our store. We have a lot of views but not a lot sales.
How do we get people to find our store?
What other resources are available to help launch our business?
Hi there @famnsoul23 Since you already seem well locked into social media, the next appropriate step would be to explore both SEO marketing as well as email marketing (the key resource/tool here is the Klaviyo app). Blog writing and posting is another avenue to be seriously taken for driving traffic towards your store.
Yes, I think our approach with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is key. This forms the base to target our products to a highly accurate audience. While using social media to drive traffic to our store is great, I believe we need to reach the real audience because they represent the main traffic searching for products or businesses like ours.
So, let’s start with SEO and set a 3-month target, focusing on blogs. We’ll regularly check the website and implement anything required according to SEO strategies to track and improve results.
Thank you! Feel free to connect with me. Thanks

HI @famnsoul23
If your store is getting traffic but not converting into sales, it’s important to review your store’s design and checkout process. A seamless and user-friendly experience can make a huge difference in whether customers complete their purchase. If possible, feel free to share your store link here, and we can take a look.
Here are some key factors that every store should focus on to improve conversion rates:
1. Fast Loading Speed
A slow website frustrates customers and increases the chances of them leaving before making a purchase. Make sure your store loads quickly on both desktop and mobile.
2. Authentic Customer Reviews & Feedback
Shoppers trust real experiences from previous buyers. Displaying genuine reviews and customer feedback helps build credibility and encourages new visitors to buy.
3. Clear Policies & Trust Signals
Make sure your store has transparent policies regarding refunds, shipping, and payments. Adding trust badges that display available payment options reassures customers that your store is secure and reliable.
4. Size Guides for Clothing & Shoes
If you sell apparel, footwear, or similar products, a detailed size guide is essential. This reduces uncertainty for customers and lowers return rates.
5. Eye-Catching Banners & Sale Campaigns
A well-designed homepage banner with compelling promotions (discounts, limited-time offers, free shipping, etc.) can encourage visitors to make a purchase.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions.
Best,
Daisy
As you have high traffic but low sales, I will suggest you focus on conversion optimization. And for that, you should focus on optimizing your product pages by adding clear descriptions, using bullets (to highlight the specific benefits and features of your product), and adding high-quality pictures (taken from multiple angles as well as being used in real-life settings to help build trust), etc.
For your question, ‘how do we get people to find our store?’ you can invest some efforts in SEO or paid ads as these are lucrative channels to bring traffic to your store.
For example, you can use a tool like AHREFS to conduct keyword research and understand which types of keywords can bring in qualified traffic to your page. Using those keywords, you can either write blogs or create web pages to get the SEO benefit for your store.
You can browse the community or watch YouTube videos on this topic. There are many available resources.
I hope this helps you 😄
