There are to many outside factors that make this impossible to answer. The ad copy and story, which influencers it is and when they post all matters. For most of our clients, we stay away from influences marketing as it's fuzzy ROI at best. PR, Press, paid ads are all a bit easier to track and see the affect on sales and the business. We would tell clients to only do influencers marketing when they have built a brand

I would focus on PR, press and bloggers. It'll cost you more time then money. Depending on your budget, you can do remarketing to people who come to your site from different traffic sources.
Influencers are a hit or miss usually and it comes down to ad copy and audience. You need to create very good ad copy that reflects the influencers page as it is and grabs the intended audience.
