Instagram Shopping isn't currently available for your account.

I'm hoping someone can help with this as I've spent weeks on it. I sell a wellness journal through Shopify but I can not get Instagram shopping set up. My details are:

• Website: https://theheadplan.com 
• Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/theheadplan/  
• Instagram: @theheadplan
• Shopify store is fully set up and I've been selling through the store
• FB Shopping is set up
• FB Page is linked to Business Manager
• I am the Account Owner for FB/Shopify/Instagram
• I'm based in Ireland and as far as I know meet all the T&C's for Instagram
• I sell a physical product
• Contacted Shopify Support they said I meet all the criteria - issue is with Instagram

When I try to set up Instagram Shopping I get a message "Instagram Shopping isn't currently available for your account." I've no idea who to contact regarding this issue. I've disconnected/re-connected Instagram and Facebook, I have switched back and forth between Personal and Business Accounts on Instagram. I've literally tried everything, with no luck.

Can anyone help with this?
