Instagram shopping Rejection

I got approved to my Facebook Shopping. However IG has been rejecting me. My IG has been connected to FB. My products are not violating IG policy. I've tried to follow the setup steps I search on internet, but not work. According the reason given by IG, does it mean I don't have enough followers? I already post product on daily basis.

As I mentioned,  the reason given is "Account Presence Not Established " - they told me to come back after more activity. 

So I have no clue how to do it, maybe my shop just has very little followers so they reject me?
