Instagram Story Viewers Not Able To Access Store upon Swipe-Up

 Hello, so the latest influencer story promotion i did was for 8 hours and costed me $10. So the metrics of the story show that 363 people swiped up so my store should have gotten 363 visitors, right? However bit.ly and shopify are showing that only 17 of those visitors were able to access the store!?!?!?!?!?! This has confused me so much. Here are some pictures.

So this has really confused me, 363 link clicks but only 14 visitors?????? I would very much like someone's help.
