Instagram Took Down Business Page

I wasnt sure where to post this. But in order for me to get the account back i need to give instagram one of the following:

-Tax Filing

-Certificate of Formations

-Articles of Incorporation

-Utility bill

Does anyone know what I can use to get the account back? I have no idea where to get these from shopify. Also I apparently went against the Terms and Conditions but It was a mistake im pretty sure because i JUST made the account and it got taken down. Thanks Shopify Forums!
