Hi, I need to increase prices by 25% for international markets. The admin console on Shopify configures correctly, but the live site shows a lower amount. We have had to increase prices to 32% so that the live site shows close to the correct amount for international markets.
No, we use the same currency, without using Shopify Payments, therefore there is no issue of base and local currencies. No, there are no discounts automatically applied. And no, this does not happen on other Shopify accounts I manage, only this.
