Is a lower cost per conversion better with professional ad management?

So I’ve run smart ads and now the pmax ads. The smart campaigns I was averaging $16.00 for cost per conversion. Now with Pmax I’m down to $10-13. Is that good? Could I be getting that lower having someone professional manage my Ads? I’m a home decor and gift retailer with a large variety of product types. I’m worried doing a pmax is just to broad for all the different types of items I sell. I do narrow down and omit certain items because I know the value isn’t there to market it. 

 

Also, on a side note what are your thoughts on ClickCease.com is it legit or waste of time?
