Is it possible to create a subscriber group for people who ordered a specific product?

I need to send all my customers who ordered a specific product an update. However, when I create a tag for them it only shows the people who subscribed to our email (which I understand). Is it however possible to contact all my customers for that specific product in one go? Doing it manually will take us literally weeks.

@GOTC  Klaviyo, as an email solution, actually does this.  You can create a list or segment (ongoing list) of any person who has purchased any product or combination of, inorder to market specifically for them.  Klaviyo also allows creation of discount lists, so as an app solution, this is it!
