SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
Hello,
I would like to start blogging while I get my store ready. Is there a way to publish the blog page/section without publishing the rest of the website which won’t be ready for a couple of months?
Yes, you can publish the blog pages without having to live the rest of your website.
However, if the rest of your store isn't ready, you might want to navigate to 'Online Store' > 'Navigation' to ensure that no menus are linking to other parts of your store that aren't ready for the public yet.
Also, follow the solution of this thread to make sure you remove the homepage link in your logo if your homepage isn't ready yet.
I hope that this helps!

4. **Customize Blog Layout**: You can customize the layout and design of your blog page to match your branding. Shopify allows you to choose from various themes and customize them according to your preferences.
5. **Set Blog Visibility**: By default, your blog posts will be visible on your online store. However, if you want to keep them hidden until your store is ready, you can change the visibility settings. In the blog post editor, you'll find an option to set the visibility to "Hidden from online store". This way, your blog posts will be published but not accessible to visitors until you're ready to make them visible.
6. **Preview Blog Posts**: Before publishing, you can preview your blog posts to see how they will appear on your blog page.
By following these steps, you can start blogging on Shopify and build an audience before your store is fully launched. Once your store is ready, you can make your blog posts visible to visitors and promote them to drive traffic to your store.
