Is there a way to tag products from multiple stores on one instagram account?

I'm operating multiple stores for the same business (different countries) - is there a way to link all of them to the same instagram account so that I can tag products from each store? I've tried so far but every time I link one store it removes the other stores from Instagram tagging. Thanks
