Issue with setting up purchase conversion action for google ads

When I am trying to test conversion action (purchase) I have error and it's getting disconnected when I am going into check out - see the screen. Could you please advice?

I the admin panel in checkout settings-I added:

- global site tag

- and Event snippet for Purchase 

I the theme.css - I added:

- global site tag

my site www.slike.lu

Therefore I understand that I don't need to add UA code in Preferences -> Google Analytics section?
