Issues with data source on Facebook catalogue

Hi,

My shopify account is connected to by meta business account. 

The catalogue is created with all products (4 products) BUT I have this error message : 

I check on Shopify and my products are available for the market "Shop Facebook and Instagram" 

So I don't understand what is the problem and how I can solve them.

Hey there, 

Have you added your product catalog to Commerce Manager? I am asking this so that I get clarity on why this error message is appearing. Usually, you need to add your products on Commerce Manager, and once added, you can easily run any type of ad (including Advantage+ ads).

Ensure that your products are approved. Meta's team may take up to 48 hours to approve your products. If they aren't, I suggest waiting for some time before you create Advantage+ ads. 

Also, I recommend checking your Facebook & Instagram sales channel app for any integration issues. This may occur when there is an issue in the sales channel setup. 

If the above does not work, I recommend adding your products again on Meta Commerce Manager. Opt for a method that's quicker and ensures product feed syncing quickly with Meta. For this, I suggest using AdNabu's Data Feed URL feature, which generates a unique feed URL that carries all the info about your products. Manually adding 4 products is easier, but in the future, when your store expands, you might need a more efficient way to upload your products. 

I highly recommend using data feed URLs as they remove the hassle of manually uploading or uploading with CSV and TXT files.
