Items are marked as Authorized instead of Paid

I am having a problem with items marked as Authorized instead of Paid, this started last week and I have already contacted Facebook about the issue. A Facebook representative told me that it must be on Shopify's end, and asked me to contact them here. I also have issues marking items as shipped due to this, with Facebook not allowing me to mark them in their commerce website and Shopify doesn't sync with Facebook. I am losing money and customers due to this and I want to know what is going on?????
