Keep Getting "Disapproval reason: Malicious software." from Google Ads

Hello,

We keep getting "Disapproval reason: Malicious software." from Google Ads.

We've built our platform with Expanse Template. Our HTML customizations are;

1- We changed border colors on the product photo frames. 

2-  We added two checkboxes and label with a link target on the Registration Page;

 2.1 -  User Registration Agreement (This is our legal liability in Turkey)

2.2 - GDPR (This is our legal liability in Turkey)

3- Cart: We customized the label shown in the photo below. 

3.1 - Distance Sales Agreement is another liability in Turkey. 

Other than these customizations, some apps we use are given below;

• Age Checker/Age Verification +
• EU Cookie Bar by Booster Apps

Lastly, we added Hotjar codes to the Header. 

We need to find out why we keep getting the error from Google. This is really vital for us.
