Klaviyo pop-up form | sign up and get 10% on first purchase, where to put code for my discount?

Hi,

1. I have styled a sign-up form in Klaviyo for my client
2. I have added the script in theme.liquid - the pop-up appear on site
3. I have created a discount code in Klaviyo and integration works
4. I have this code from Klaviyo {% coupon_code 'Nameofcode' %} but I don't know how to activate it or where to put it?

Nameofcode is replaced with exakt code name in Klaviyo.

Where should I put this code  {% coupon_code 'Nameofcode' %} and where? In order to trigger the unique discount code in the pop-up when a new subscriber sign up the first time on site? 

I cannot find any place in Shopify or Klaviyo admin?
