So I looked at your website, I haven't looked at your Etsy Store yet.  

The first thing to say is that if your business is doing well on Etsy or other platforms, you'd do well to invest in a proper website here.  Obviously, small businesses, start with tight budgets,  But you should be able to get a Shopify designer by just asking on LinkedIn. I did and was inundated with offers.   

1) Mint Green banner...the first TEXT on it says No refunds..
that's gonna put people off straight away. At least let them look at the site first...before you say..."we're NOT prepared to assist you".

 2) black backgrounds are a big no-no unless you have one heck of a designer. It makes text hard to read.

3) The font you are using is a SERIF fort and is slightly hard to read. People with reading impairment might struggle with it. I recommend changing it to something a little earlier on the eye. 

4) Your images are not really professional enough to make me feel I'm dealing with a professional company. They look like the models have been cut around and placed into the background, also some of the photos are blurry.  Obviously, Pro photographers are expensive, so perhaps you have a friend who's a good amateur photographer?

5) Invest in a proper logo it looks like you have something already on your Instagram which has loads of followers.  Ask a designer to convert that into a banner you can use on the website.

6) You need Trust signals.  Trust signals are things like: payment logos. Paypal, Visa etc. this helps people to see that it's going to be easy to check out.  

7) Try to make your product descriptions more unique, 
for example.

you start off well but then just fill up with a generic copy... try to tell us something about the product that makes it special. its benefits, what inspired it...

😎 Conversion help..you have to make checkout easy. if people have to work...they WONT.  your pricing and "add to cart" button and "other payment options"  are almost invisible. they need to be clear, loud and proud.
