Lead Generation and Facebook Ads

I am creating a landing page to use for lead generation Facebook ads.  After seeing another users question on how to best do this and answer, I have a couple of follow-up questions.  #1 If they sign-up to a custom form, can they be sent to a unique segment or list in our email software?  As in, if they are opting in for a unique offer from Facebook, is there a way to put them into their own list?  Also, when setting up the lead ad, the part where it says "This custom conversion must meet all of these rules:" are you able to tell me what I should be putting here to successfully set this up? If they sign-up to a custom form, can they be sent to a unique segment or list in our email software?   Yes they can, it depends on what email software you are using and also you can create a list with the people that reached to that part by using the facebook pixel.

One potentially more cost-effective way may be to post a giveaway and give bonus entries to those who subscribe to your newsletter. That way you're only paying for reach (e.g. boosting the post) and letting the giveaway incentive drive the opt-ins to get more for your marketing dollars.
