Local E-mail marketing in a specific demographic

Does anyone know the best way to get a hold of e-mails in a certain demographic? I need luxury apparel/accessories consumers to invite to an event. I am reaching out to other business who are not competitors and trying to collaborate (a fancy cheese/charcuterie board company), but any advice about other ways to get a hold of these e-mails would be great.
