Looking for Analytic Tool to See Data in Specific Segments

Hello, I'm trying to find a Shopify app (or even third party website) that would allow me to segment audiences and look at data just from those segments. For example: If 10,000 people ordered the same product, I want to segment those customers out and look at only their conversion rate, cart size, retention rate, etc... 

I'm having a hard time finding an app that can do this.
