Hey Jody, I'd advise against hiring someone off these message-boards. Look at the Shopify Experts community to help vet. Or alternatively find someone local on LinkedIn who specializes in ecommerce SEO and is local.

Hey @Jody77 - it looks like the store is a little broken or maybe just formatting issue...

a) footer at the bottom has all of the sections in one column

b) I would move Covid message up into the promo area at very top of website  - this would bring navigation up and give you more above the fold space

c) images on the page are missing ALT tags or they are not "Keyword Friendly"

d) the images should be named for keywords like   thermal-underwear.jpg  instead of what they are currently named.  This includes the banner images, background images, etc. And optimize the images.

e) H1, H2, H3 tags need to be used correctly

f) should link internally and externally

They have a great range of services and are well-reviewed online, so check them out. For a while, I worked with another company but I didn't see positive results, and I know that SEO is a long term strategy that shows its efficiency in time. I recommend reading reviews online and asking for client's feedback before you choose to work with a certain company.
