Hi,
I would suggest that you ensure that all pages are indexed by Google.Ensure that your keywords are used correctly in titles, meta descriptions, image descriptions, alt tags, headers, and product descriptions.
Make sure you have internal links between pages within your site as well as backlinks from external sources to signal value to Google.

@DTShops I’ve had a look at the store and I’ll be honest most of what needs to be there is already in place and the design of the store is pretty smooth as well. If I would make one suggestion, it would probably be for you to add a few FAQs on the homepage probably you should carefully curate 2/3 of them and put them on there.
I’m more interested in the marketing techniques you’re using to drive traffic to the store to see why they may not be working as well as you want them to be.

Hello @DTShops , this is Alexis from Akohub. We've consulted big to small brands about their Shopify store, and here are some advices we can share:

Since you seem to be struggling to get conversion rates, we would highly recommend you to run some Facebook and Google retargeting ads for anyone who visits but doesn’t buy. Show them the stuff they looked at with a little discount. Our app, Ako Retargeting can help you to acquire customers easily, while retaining them with our loyalty program 🙂 It's an all in one tool that help you acquire and retain your customers at the same time at the best value.

We also checked your homepage, and it looks solid, but maybe hone in on a few star products with killer CTAs like “Limited Stock” or “Best Sellers.” It’s all about creating that “I need this now” vibe. Plus, make sure categories are super clear and easy to get to. If you've got things like "Sleep Masks" and "Orthopedic Pillows," keep that header menu clean so people can find stuff quickly without bouncing.

As for your product page, don’t skimp on product descriptions. Make them juicy by covering benefits, quality, unique stuff. Don't just "tell" your customer about what it does, but show them. Additionally, you can add a “Frequently Bought Together” or “Customers Also Viewed” section to keep people shopping. Pair a silk mask with an orthopedic pillow and watch that cart value go up.

I would also reccomend you to throw in some “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee” or “Secure Checkout” badges near the “Add to Cart” button to calm any first-time buyers’ nerves.

Then, make sure discounts are loud and clear. You can use phrases like “20% off today!” or “Only a few left!” are your best friends for adding urgency.

We saw that you have included a loyalty program.  You can check out our blog on how to boost your loyalty app with our retargeting by x10 in our latest blog here. We hope it helps! 🙂

Hey DTShops!

Heddy from Gameball: Loyalty Program & VIP here!

It's great to see you putting in so much effort across different areas of your business. For your website, consider refining your product descriptions to make them more engaging and informative, highlighting key benefits and unique features. High-quality images are crucial too, as they can make a big difference in attracting customers.

Since you're already using various marketing tools, you might want to analyze the effectiveness of your current campaigns. Check your ad targeting to ensure you’re reaching the right audience and consider retargeting visitors who didn’t convert. Also, fostering customer reviews can help build trust, and using Gameball can incentivize customers to leave feedback and engage with your brand.

Lastly, don't underestimate the power of community engagement—consider creating a loyalty program to encourage repeat purchases and create a deeper connection with your customers.
