Hello,

This is probably the opposite of common issue. I have 11% conversion rate. But I only get about 30 - 40max visitors per day. I am running facebooks ads. I get about 4-6 sales per day. How do I increase the traffic?

Congratulations on your impressive conversion rate.....You're doing great with an 11% conversion! So to increase traffic, First expand your Facebook ads by broadening your audience and testing new creatives. And diversify with Google Ads and Instagram, and optimize your site for SEO to rank on google for organic traffic . Start a blog for organic traffic and build an email list for repeat visits. Lastly, set up a referral program to encourage word-of-mouth growth.

Hello,

It is wonderful to know that you have an 11% conversion rate. However, if the traffic on your website increases, there are chances that the conversion rate might go down (let's hope it doesn't!). Additionally, you want to ensure that the traffic that comes in are actually users looking to buy products-you don't want your ads to be shown to users who have no interest or buyer intent.

Here are a few things you can try to increase website traffic on your Shopify store:

- Look into expanding on different marketplaces beyond facebook: Based on your target audience, you can figure out where they're more likely to engage with your products and try tapping into that platform (younger audiences might prefer tiktok, or if you sell handmade/aesthetic items Pinterest will be more suitable for you).

- If you decide to stick to Facebook, try to include broader keywords in your ad copies and product listings to allow your ads to reach more people.

- You can also try other ways to sell your products using Facebook such as Facebook Shop and Buy and Sell Groups: Facebook Shop offers a storefront where users can collectively view all the products you offer in a single place & in Buy and Sell Groups you can create and post product listings for extremely targeted audiences.
- Optimize your Shopify storefront to ensure that once the traffic increases, your conversion rate doesn't decline. Improve the UI, add specific details to your product data, categorize your products effectively and try to collect reviews and ratings to gain customer trust.

Here is a quick guide that can help with this.

Hello, @hoponwithshifa !

I hope you're doing well.  It's Erlan from Growave.

That's a solid conversion rate! So now it's all about getting more eyeballs on your website.

Focus on SEO. Optimize your product pages to achieve higher rankings on search engines and drive organic traffic over time. Consider investing in a reputable SEO tool, such as Ahrefs, which is highly effective for keyword research and overall SEO management. Ahrefs is user-friendly and can assist with identifying both short-tail and long-tail keywords. Prioritize keywords with low difficulty and high global search volume, but avoid those with excessively high competition. Ensure that relevant, industry-specific keywords are incorporated throughout your website.

Invest in your website's design. It should offer easy navigation, with all content properly categorized. Content marketing is a cost-effective way to increase organic traffic, and when paired with a solid SEO strategy, it can significantly improve your search engine rankings. Adding a blog to your online store is a great way to share industry news, highlight your products, and discuss trends relevant to your niche. Be sure to use high-quality images, include proper alt tags, write compelling meta descriptions, and apply internal linking.

With Ahrefs, you can also analyze how many backlinks are needed to rank at the top of search engines like Google. In addition, it allows you to study your competitors—understanding the keywords they target and how much traffic they generate.

Leverage email marketing by building a mailing list from your existing customers and sending promotions or updates to encourage repeat visits. Klaviyo is an excellent email marketing platform you might find useful for this purpose. Loyalty marketing is another effective strategy to boost both traffic and customer retention. Numerous apps in the Shopify App Store, such as Growave, offer comprehensive loyalty marketing solutions. Growave, in particular, includes features such as reviews and wishlists, and integrates seamlessly with Klaviyo.

Finally, consider incorporating Instagram into your social media marketing strategy. This platform can help drive additional traffic to your store.
