Main Site in Canada isnt Indexed, only the us.mystore.com is and that's a Big Problem

I've had mystore.com for years.  Added a U.S. site via international domains, I believe, but now if I search Google from Canada only the U.S. store and pages are shown in the search results. 

Google says my main site is unable to be indexed.  This is a huge problem but I don't know how to fix it.  Does anyone have suggestions?

Did you add all domains properties to Google search console ?

Actually, no, only the Canadian one.  So that would be https://mystore.com while the U.S. version is a subdomain at:  https://us.mystore.com so I thought that would cover it.  But I could try entering it separately.
