malicious site! Ads rejected - please help

Hi everyone, I was running some GAds which were working fine for the first month then they were all rejected for the reasons: 

• Compromised Site
• Circumventing systems

the website URL is www.roxbox.co.nz

I haven't added any new plugins, but I added a video to the home page - that is about the only thing that has changed! any help would be much appreciated as Shopify and Google have either not responded or not been very helpful in resolving the issue. thank you

same here, no answer from Shopify or Google, all my ads were canceled

Absolute Crazy its time to change : I am about to close the shopify store because Google told us that the site was Compromised Site. and  we have changed my ad many times not knowing that shopity has been hack . Please  help us understand why? we have to google search to find out  this really affect our clients and the business brand

To anyone else having this issue - i would like you to know it was eventually (after several months) solved. All I can suggest is to contact Shopify directly. They will point you back to Google, and tell you to reach out to them. But keep trying. In this case it was an issue of google not reading my site correctly. Even though it was Google's fault, the team at Shopify were able to escalate the issue through their contacts at Google which was very helpful. It did take time...so be prepared to double down on other acquisition channels for a while if this happens to you!
